Wilson becomes a Global Series Partner of Tie Break Tens  


London, 29 December 2017 – Following the recent announcement of Tie Break Tens Melbourne, Wilson Sporting Goods Co., has come on board as an official sponsor of the Tie Break Tens 2018 series.


As part of the agreement, the prestigious global brand will provide branded tennis balls, apparel and merchandise throughout 2018. The inaugural Tie Break Tens Melbourne Event takes place January 10th  with Novak Djokovic, Nick Kyrgios, Stan Wawrinka and Lleyton Hewitt as the first of the  players announced in the eight man draw. The super tie break format is fast paced and action packed, treating fans to a full on and unpredictable evening of tennis. With a knock out tournament format and huge ‘Winner Takes All’ prize money at stake, every player who steps steps on court will be determind to be crowned the champion and take home the $250,000 prize.


Wilson continues to grow its prescence and leadership in tennis globally. The brand is  currently the official ball supplier of the US Open, Australian Open, Laver Cup and sponsors other large tennis events. In 2018, Wilson will be present at the Tie Break Tens tournaments, which will be travelling around the world once again showcasing its new quick-fire version of the sport. Every point counts in Tie Break Tens so every time a player hits the Wilson ball it will be at a decisive moment in the exhilarating 10-point tiebreak matches.
